About the in2Va Team

My name is Julia Vakulenko and together with Joel Abalos we started Northern Virginia's in2Va Team. By education I am a computer engineer. And part of my work experience is doing financial planning here in Northern Virginia, Washington DC area. In my native Ukraine I worked as a systems analyst for the Dept. of Health in the city of Zaporozhye.

I realized that what I enjoy the most is working with people rather than working with computers and programming languages. Thus I became a real estate agent. I have also built a team in Tampa called the Tampa4U Team (www.tampa4u.com). My financial planning experience came in handy and I use my computer skills now for research: to help clients on other needs they may have outside of real estate.

In this site you will find information about Northern Virginia, buying and selling real estate, relocation, school information and various tips for both home sellers and home buyers. You will be able to view all properties currently listed with the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS), that's every home in the Northern Virginia and DC tri-state area that is listed for sale with a real estate agent. Our Team can help you to purchase any of them even if they are listed by a company other than Keller Williams Realty of Fairfax.
