Selling a real estate property can be a nightmare especially if you don’t know where to start. There are many considerations you need to look into such as the fair market value of your house, the mortgage rate, and even the aesthetic value of your house itself. Selling real estate properties is not a joke because it can be difficult to convince buyers that your house is worth buying at the price you want. For this reason, you should use methods that will make your home more valuable to potential buyers. Using feng shui is definitely one of the best methods possible today.
- Clean all the clutters of your house. You need to make sure that you remove any obstacles and clutter that may hinder the flow of positive chi in the space. It is also noted that making your house feel more spacious by removing around a third of its contents (furniture, appliances, other items) can have a positive benefit for you.
- Remove unnecessary decorations on your shelves and tabletops. These kinds of decorations cam make your house feel disordered so before you entertain potential buyers, be sure to take away these decorations.
- Remove your personal photos. Buyers will have a difficult time feeling at home at your house when it is filled with photos of you and your family. In fact, some may even feel like they are intruding on your personal space.
- Make the entrance look attractive. The first thing that will greet potential buyers when they visit your house is the front entrance. Try to make a good first impression by trimming your bushes and removing weeds if there are any. You also lit the entrance properly to give the visitors an inkling of the condition of the entire house.
- Enhance your Wealth Gua. You can do this by putting round crystals, fountains, and windchime on your surroundings.
- Improve your People Gua. Beautify your home so that you will be able to attract people that can help you such as real estate agents and buyers.
- Be sure that everyone in your family wants to sell the home. If any family member does not want to sell the house, it may affect your ability to find a buyer that will buy the home at the right price.
- You can write a letter to your house. Yes, write a letter and then read it out loud with your family. Thank it for being a wonderful home and state your willingness to let another family live in it.
- Make sure that your bathrooms and your kitchen are in good shape. One of the major concerns of buyers is the condition of the bathroom; after all, they will spend a lot of private time here. Organize and arrange the items on your shelves as well to make your kitchen look clean and well-maintained.
