A Market That’s still Booming: Nudist Real Estate
Published by julia | Filed under Miscellaneous, Real Estate, Shout Outs, Uncategorized
Despite the slowing real estate trends, the nudist communities are thriving today more than ever. When it comes to living life in the nude, it is important to surround yourself with people who think and believe the way you believe. This is in part due to the natural, nude lifestyle you will be undertaking and in part for the simple consideration of those around you who wish to live their lives in a clothed manner.
There are two types of nudist real estate for one to embark upon; the nudist condominium and the nudist community (single family homes).
The nudist condominium is a hot commodity right now due to the simple nature of ownership. These condos offer a clothing optional lifestyle where the people who live within the building can feel free to roam around in the nude, both inside the building and on the private grounds, without fear of “surprising” or offending anyone living in the building.
Nudist communities, on the other hand, are lands that are available for purchase within communities that are clothing optional. This is a great option for those who live in a more rural area and what to live their lives without the boundaries of clothing.
Resorts have long been a part of the nude choices in life. The Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, for instance, offers a nude swimming pool for those guests who wish to bask in the Vegas sun without the infringing nature of clothing. This practice in nude resort is growing and nude residential living is growing along with it.
Once upon a time, the thought of a nude beach or a nude resort meant you were a weirdo or a freak. But, today, times are changing and people are more and more accepting of the nude lifestyle. From Florida to Las Vegas, nude resorts, nude condominiums and nude residential communities are there to provide people with the ability to live their lives as nature bore them; in the nude.
