Agents Lament: My Listings Won’t Sell :(

With a huge market slump, these same agents are cutting their prices in order to secure even the most remote chance of making some sort of profit on the sale. But, what if there was another way to make money when the homes you have on the market are staying on the market? Do you know about short sales and home foreclosure tactics? Many real estate agents do not!

Diversifying the services you sell to teaching can increase you income without ever selling a home. When a real estate agent have increased knowledge about the home foreclosure process, short sales and other aspects of less traditional real estate, they can teach others and make money in the process.

Teaching classes on the art of home foreclosure is just one way to get out there and make a little of that hard earned cash without having to sell a home that just sits there on the market? These classes can be taught in a formal setting or an informal setting. With the huge rise of internet real estate, teaching classes can cost little or no money in physical pamphlets and hand outs because all of the interactions can be done online.

How Do I Start Up a Class?

There are several ways to go about teaching a class about the varying issues occurring right now in the real estate market. One way is through the use of an eBook. eBooks provide the learner an opportunity to learn at their own pace either online or offline.

For a more personal class, a web conference held weekly and covering different aspects of the real estate business is yet another way to touch base and share your knowledge.

For the more traditional real estate agent, a hands on seminar can be held for little upfront cost. All it takes is a computer, a little time to prepare the course information and a printer. After gathering all of this information, make sure to market your class to those who will need it most and sell it for a cost that is affordable to all.

Teaching is one of the most fulfilling arts in the world. Knowing that you have shared your knowledge about real estate with agents that may be able to profit from the knowledge is something that will change many lives.
