In desperate moment calls for desperate actions. Learn how to identify everything that is in the market that can work for you.

Contractors Upgrade Scheme

It does not matter what kind of market you are in, it is either in just of these two choices, seller’s or buyer’s market. Contractor often present incentives carrying with it is a catch. Contractors would definitely say yes to all these freebies in return for you to do either one or more of the following:

Purchase it right away - If you are not ready to get the bargain of any agreement, do not push yourself in to making a decision that you will later on be disappointed.

Deposit a Big Earnest Money- go back to your contract before doing this since earnest money are sometimes non-refundable for any reason at a given time.

Employ the Contractor’s Sales Agent to Market your Home- You would rather consider hiring a specialist to market your home than employing a listing agent who is not familiar in your area and obviously does not sell.

Paying the Listing Price-All the upgrade or incentives this contractor offers you may slash your savings more in the long run. These contractors are in any way in charity business, they are all the same, companies who would want profit. And with all the mark-up these contractors put it in upgrades because these contractors are purchasing in items by the bulk. You get it in a retail price and make an income on you.

Special Freebies and its temptation- I can bet it on your bottom dollar that all contractors has a network of wholesale pricing for this luxurious incentives. If you want to save, you would rather buy it yourself.

·          Free vacations which are typically advertised, think again. If you ask yourself if you really want that cruise and said no, you would not want to throw cold cash for that trip and then just pass it by.

·          Free cars being offered by the contractors are not immediate gift of a new vehicle. These are simply rentals. As a rented car, this must be returned to the car dealer at the end of the rent which is usually two to three days. Consider that you may pay higher premiums in insurances if you have exceeded the mileage car.

·          Free Entertainment – A surround system and a big television with speakers, electronics depreciate its value fast. Again, would you rather buy it on your own?

Remember, these all other thing that the seller offers or gives, items that you are paying for. The amount is figured into the contract price. If you are financing the purchase by getting a loan, it is probably financed by you. Think again, either you make an offer list for thirty years and compare the cost.

All banks or some lenders will not allow you claim more. It is always to your advantage to pay the closing cost and all tax. You will never understand and run this game, keep in mind all the several free incentives before you make the purchase. It helps to be a wise home buyer.
